Detailed Event Information

The Cookbook Committee invites you to submit a name and/or cover for the new Beth Shalom cookbook! The book will be 6X9 with a spiral binder. Use your imagination to submit the winning design—and win a cookbook! Entries are due to Mary Perlmutter by March 15.

We want your favorite recipes!
The cookbook will be published in time for Rosh HaShana. It will include: starters, soups and salads, main dishes, side dishes, breads, eggs, cheese and pasta, desserts, and holiday foods. If your recipe has a story, please include it. We have a limited number of pages, so all recipes sent in may not be used. Please submit your favorite recipes (no pork or shellfish please!) to Karen Ginsburg by March 15.

We are offering sponsorships for the book. 
Your name will be listed in the book as one of our (much needed) donors, as follows:

Julia Child $100 donation: Receive two cookbooks.
The Barefoot Contessa $50 donation: Receive one cookbook.
Friend of the Cook: $18 donation.
