Detailed Event Information

Want a chance to get out, see some of your Beth Shalom family, and enjoy a meal before the weather turns cold? Join us in the Beth Shalom backyard on Saturday, November 7, from 4:00-6:00 p.m. for SDSE!

Here are a few things to know:

• We are limited to 25 families.
• Masks are required.
• Each family will have a marked off, 10x10 square to gather in.
• Please bring your own chairs and table or blanket.
• The building will be open for bathroom use only.

If you want to join us, please take the following steps: (We know this might seem a bit complicated, but we're trying to keep everyone safe!)

1. Send an email to Shana (office@bethshalomnc.org) to let her know you would like to attend so she can keep track of the number of families.
2. Call BJ's Restaurant (919 710-8170) to place your order from the regular menu, feasts, bundles, or box lunches.
3. Pay.
4. Please tell the restaurant you are part of the "Shalom" group, and give your pickup name as Shalom + your last name. (ex: Rabbi Edery would be "Shalom Edery.") Someone from Beth Shalom will pick up all orders on the day of the event at 3:45 p.m.
5. Send an email to both of these addresses to confirm that your order has been placed and is part of our group: bjs592@bjsrestaurant.com and bneal@bjsrestaurant.com.
