Detailed Event Information

As I mentioned in my previous email, we are working on transitioning to our new website, which we hope to have fully-operational by the end of March. You have probably seen some of the changes when you have opened the Learning section of the old/current website and while visiting this post. 

We have requested all our VPs and Committees to update their content by the end of this week. The website and our new financial and membership database software, ShulCloud, will work together. 

There are a couple big issues left to resolve: First, our digital forms do not automatically transfer data to the new software and may have to be re-created with the new software. Many of our members have complained during renewal about having to re-fill out forms with their personal information each year.  This should be fixed in the new software but may not happen with the next cycle. 

Additionally, we will want to take payments for dues and donations, which is also possible with our new software, but we need to be educated on how that will work. Again, this is something that will happen in the future. In the meantime, we will use existing software and payment options that exist today until these future changes are implemented.
